Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Subud PNW Region,
After considerable work surveying members who use the call-in latihan service, and, our ability to staff those needs, we are now publishing the new call-in latihan schedule which will start with the Sunday latihan on January 5th .
We are also changing the call-in numbers please see below.

SPNW Regional Helpers continue to offer Call-In Latihans for those not closely associated with a Subud Center or appreciative of an option to do the Latihan simultaneously with others.
How to Call In:
Men and women now have their own numbers:
WOMEN’S Dial-in Number: (605) 313-5671 Meeting ID: 5402035
MEN’S Dial-in Number: (267) 807-9598 Meeting ID: 672-884-087
Members may announce their presence and then either remain on the call, or leave the call, to receive their Latihan. Latihan is sometimes followed by general testing, check in, or personal testing.

Call-In Latihans are available at the following times:
Sundays
Women 10:00 am Pacific/11 am Mountain time. Quiet on the hour. Latihan at quarter after.
Men 11:30 am Pacific/12:30 pm Mountain time. Quiet at 11:30. Latihan at 11:45.
Thursdays
Women 11 am Pacific/12 Mountain time. Quiet on the hour. Latihan at quarter after.
Men 8 pm Pacific/ 9pm Mountain time. Quiet on the hour. Latihan at quarter after.
Second Tuesday of each month, before the Subud PNW Board Meeting.
Men and women 5 pm Pacific/ 6pm Mountain time. Quiet on the hour. Latihan at quarter after.

Regional helper testing: We ask that members give us one week’s notice to arrange for other regional helpers to be present.
