On Tuesday, August 25, everyone from the former Bellingham/Skagit group, along with two Regional Helpers, Rayma and David, and one National Helper (and former BSV) member, Sebastian, gathered at Marius Hibbard’s home in Anacortes for a marvelous feast and latihan (Marius’ Croatian ‘peka’ and Helaine’s cheesecake were especially wonderful!!)

(front) Paul Woodcock, Sebastian Tedrow, Aliza Albornez, (back) Michael DuBois, Marius Hibbard, Julia Hurd, Helaine Burrows, Roosmiwati Reynolds, Maryam Schutz, Rayma Norton, Nadia Woodcock, Serena DuBois, Robina Page, Oswald Norton, and Luther Schutz.
We had an excellent turnout and were grateful to everyone who traveled a distance (including those from our group). We did miss Isabel and Melanie, who couldn’t come at the last minute.
The women did some brief testing about questions from the July SUSA Gathering, and the men tested what might be called ‘meaning of life’ questions. The women also talked a bit about the Subud Idaho ‘secession’.
One thing that would have been nice to do was to gather in a larger circle together, but it was still good to see everyone!
