Looking for volunteers to chair our Subud PNW Regional Congress Friday May 25th
On Friday, May 25th at the Vancouver, Washington Hilton Subud PNW will hold its congress.
Our bylaws state that this meeting must be chaired by someone different from the regional chair. The regional board is looking for a volunteer to fill this position.
The duties of the Congress Chair are:
- a) to organize and chair the Regional Congress.
- b) work with the Regional Committee in establishing an agenda for the Regional Congress.
- c) prepare with the assistance of the incoming Congress Chair, a report of the congress summarizing the resolutions and recommendations passed, to be distributed to the membership within thirty days after the end of the Regional Congress.
The congress will start after latihan at 10:30 and end after the selection of the new committee.
The regional helpers will be responsible for the testing process for the committee. The congress chair will conduct the voting after the testing process is completed.

Deadline for applications: All applications must be received by 3/13. The list of applicants will then be presented to the Board meeting on 3/14 and the chair selected.
