SPNW Regional Helpers continue to host Call-In Latihans for those not closely associated with a Subud Center or appreciative of an option to do the Latihan simultaneously with others.
Call-In Latihans are available at the following times:
MORNING:
        Sundays Men and women at 11:00am Pacific time
        Tuesdays Women at 11:00am for women.  No men’s Latihan.
Quiet at 11:00am with Latihan at 11:15am
