Our Pacific Northwest Regional Congress will be held this year during the National Gathering in Portland, OR. This event is set for Saturday, July 4^th, from 1-5 pm in the Mt. Hood C room at the Sheraton Portland Airport hotel. This will be a wonderful way to reconnect with each other as a region and make some decisions to guide us in the next two years.

What to Expect at This Meeting

Be prepared to nominate individuals for Regional Chair and Vice Chair during the PNW officer selection on July 4th! Please let those people know you plan to nominate them so that they can consider. Self-nominations also work. If you feel personally willing to consider serving, find someone to pre-test with, now or at the National Gathering. Don’t be shy about sharing your willingness with others! Nominations can also be made via Zoom during the Congress.

Nominees must be present at the Congress. Candidates who receive a “yes” in pretesting will further test with the Regional Helpers in front of the members in attendance.

LOCALS: If you’re interested in attending the PNW Congress but not the National
Gathering, you may do so at no extra charge. (Feel free to also stay for latihan).

Another way to go is to attend the National Gathering at the 2-day rate, which includes lunch, dinner, and lunch the next day. (Weekend only). To choose this option in Event Admission type: Adult 18+ Saturday Arrival (Includes Lunch and Dinner Sat., Lunch Sun. and All Activities) – $269.00. There is no charge for Child/Youth under age 18. Don’t wait to register!!
